Jeanette Crowley is the director of strategic planning & partnerships for Polk County Public Schools. She has 20 years of combined experience in developing and cultivating relationships with community and business partners. Since joining PCPS in 2014, Jeanette has undertaken the management of the Focused on Excellence employee appreciation campaign, volunteer program, United Way of Central Florida workplace campaign, and many more special projects and programs for the school district.

Prior to working for PCPS, Jeanette worked for MIDFLORIDA Credit Union for 10 years as their Assistant Vice President of Community Relations. Jeanette is originally from Nebraska and has enjoyed living in Lakeland for over 23 years. She graduated from Dodge City Community College, Kansas, in 1998 and the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 2000.

Her community involvement engagement is extensive, and she is honored to be involved with numerous organizations that support our community. Jeanette is a graduate of Leadership Lakeland Class XXXI and Leadership Polk Class XI. She serves as vice president of the Leadership Lakeland Alumni Association and as vice-chair of the Leadership Polk Alumni Association.
