Great leaders do not set out to be great leaders; they set out to make a difference! There seemed to have been an underlying theme at this year’s Annual Meeting: We are fortunate to live in a great community with great leaders! Every speaker echoed that sentiment. Lakeland is a community unlike many, Lakeland is home, and Lakeland is THE place to lead people to make a difference.
