Lana Swartzwelder, Class 15, is CEO of a non-profit foundation started by her family, The Libertore Fund for Children. They are a fundraiser in Lakeland to help support agencies that work with disadvantaged youth in Polk County. Their mission is to make a difference in the lives of at-risk children, eliminating barriers to their success so they can realize a brighter future.
