On Tuesday, February 18, over 100 students and administrators joined Leadership Lakeland Alumni at Southeastern University for the 6th Annual “Inspiring the Leader in Youth” Symposium.
Fifteen High Schools from Polk County were in attendance. Students received valuable “Branding Yourself” information from Keynote speaker, Chrissanne Long. The Alumni facilitated leadership discussion and activities while the students enjoyed lunch.
After a tour of the campus, the students listened to nine of our alumni as they shared their leadership stories. Given four minutes each, our alumni each shared one valuable piece of leadership advice with the students.
