Description
Chef Marcos Fernandez will cook with you and guide you through a three-course meal from your own home. All ingredients for your cooking experience will be included in a pre-packaged meal kit and delivered to you the evening before or morning of the class. Delivery is included with registration.
Dinner includes: 1961 Salad, Ropa Vieja, Dessert and mug.

Class is limited to 50 participants.

For Chef Marcos Fernandez, it’s about change, adaptation, love, and culture. His life has been on a steady path: from a student at The American Cooking School in Denver, to culinary experiences in several different countries, and now as executive chef of his very own restaurant, Nineteen61. Marcos has been enticing his patrons with the flavors of his Latin roots and multicultural experiences to awaken their taste buds and create the “Food Revolution of Lakeland”.
